Element
Matrix web client for chatting, joining rooms and using open, federated and interoperable messaging.
Overview
Element provides a web interface for Matrix, an open, decentralized and federated communication protocol. The service lets you exchange direct messages, join rooms, organize discussion spaces and use a messaging environment less dependent on centralized platforms.
It is mostly an access interface: the account and identity side depends on the Matrix homeserver you use. It is useful if you want to access Matrix from a browser without installing a dedicated client.
