Additional services
This page groups smaller complementary services provided by Hostux: simple, focused or more unusual tools that are useful day to day without being large platforms.
No as a Service
No as a Service answers a simple idea: quickly provide a ready-to-use refusal, whether clear, polite, diplomatic or completely absurd. The service exists in several languages and can also be used as a small API for automated uses.
It is a lightweight, original and immediately usable tool if you need a short answer generated on the fly, without a heavy interface or account. It is exactly the kind of small web utility that is not essential, but becomes amusingly practical once it exists.
- English: no.hostux.net
- French: non.hostux.net
- German: nein.hostux.net
- Spanish: es.no.hostux.net
- Italian: it.no.hostux.net
Account required: no. Typical use: simple answer or automated refusal API.
Mood Hostux
Mood Hostux is an ambient sound service for calm, focus or background work. It is based on Moodist, a free project for composing simple soundscapes from several sounds.
It works well for focus, reading or quiet work sessions without relying on a heavier application. This is less a productivity platform than a small comfort tool that can make a workstation or reading session feel a bit more intentional.
- Service: mood.hostux.net
- Source project: github.com/remvze/moodist
- Notable features: ambient sounds, presets, sharing, sleep timer, notes and Pomodoro
Account required: no. Typical use: sound ambience, focus and work sessions.
F1 Dash Hostux
F1 Dash Hostux provides a real-time Formula 1 dashboard to follow a session, qualifying or a race more easily. The tool focuses on fast access to useful information rather than editorial coverage.
It is a good entry point if you want a direct display of race data, especially alongside a live video or second screen. For fans who mainly want timing, gaps and tyre information at a glance, that focused approach is often more useful than a broader sports site.
- Service: f1.hostux.net
- Source project: github.com/slowlydev/f1-dash
- Notable features: standings, tyres, gaps, laps and mini-sectors
Unofficial project. Account required: no. Typical use: live F1 session tracking.
